OUR CLAIMS PROCESS
At Synergy Comp, we resolve claims. We devote the time, attention, energy, and resources needed to resolve each and every claim within the first 90 days of the date the injury occurred.
Each of our claims managers handles less than 1/3 of the industry average workload and is assigned to work with one account. So as a policyholder, you have 1 claim contact for one-on-one attention, without regard to the size or severity of the claim.
NURSE TRIAGE PROGRAM
Our Nurse Triage Program steps in for swift and accurate care intervention following a workplace injury.
Within 30 seconds of calling, injured employees engage directly with a nurse that will triage them to the proper care.
