Meet Our New Production Underwriter
Kathy Judge is our new Production Underwriter and will be delivering Synergy’s hands-on approach in Eastern PA.
Kathy grew up in Clarks Summit, PA, and began her academic journey at Scranton Prep High School. She continued her education at West Chester University, setting the foundation for a remarkable career in the insurance field. With 22 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, Kathy has spent 15 years specializing in mono-line workers’ compensation carriers. Her expertise in business development and underwriting has taken her across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut, and New York.
Throughout her career, Kathy has demonstrated a commitment to professional excellence. She held the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) designations from Michigan State University. Her dedication to process improvement is reflected in her Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and she has received multiple awards for outstanding performance.
Kathy’s genuine passion for building strong relationships with agent partners and serving as a reliable resource in workers’ compensation is evident in her work. She is driven by a desire to help employers reduce costs and ensure that employees return home safely to their families at the end of each day. This dedication makes her a perfect fit for Synergy Comp, where we prioritize more than just competitive pricing in workers’ compensation.
Kathy is excited to join the Synergy Comp team and looks forward to working with agents and policyholders who understand the comprehensive value of workers’ compensation.
