We’re a company that cares, and we back it up with action. Contributing to our local community, foundations, and charitable organizations is a high priority on several levels. 

Above All

One of our key initiatives is the Synergy Community Foundation, which was founded in 2012 and is open to all Synergy employees. 

The Foundation is an extension of the passion and dedication Synergy Comp employees demonstrate every day. 

The Synergy Community Foundation’s purpose is to create educational opportunities for their community’s youth because a well-educated child is a cornerstone for a stable and successful society.

The Foundation’s funding priorities include: 

• Expanding Access to Early Learning Childhood Education by Increasing Enrollment of Preschool Programs
• Providing Scholarship Funds for Families in Financial Need to Attend Tuition Based K-12 Schools

Annually, The Synergy Community Foundation submits an application to the state to use these required tax dollars to fund scholarships to pre-K and Parochial education programs in the Shenango Valley.

The EITC Scholarship Grant Funds granted to date:

• Pre-K Scholarships          $1,069,498.00        13 Schools   
• K-12 Scholarships            $144,000.00           2 Schools   

In Conclusion

Along the way, the Foundation has worked with incredibly inspiring educators; creating educational opportunities for students in their neighborhoods that may not otherwise be able to have access to quality education.
